CAYLEE LEWIS

Caylee Lewis began her real estate career in Georgetown, TX in 2015, obtaining her real estate license and working with a high-producing, local team where she gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of real estate. In 2021 she got her broker’s license and then in 2022, she created Lewis Properties, a brokerage focused on helping her clients navigate the process of buying, selling and investing in real estate.

Caylee, a native Austinite and a Texas Tech graduate moved to Georgetown in 2013 after marrying her husband, Peyton. They have two beautiful daughters and a golden retriever named Annie. Caylee loves being part of the Georgetown community and is passionate about helping her clients buy, sell and invest in real estate in Georgetown, Austin, and the surrounding areas. When Caylee isn’t working with her clients or spending time with her family, she enjoys going out to dinner on the Georgetown Square, spending time at her family’s lake house and attending Pure Barre classes.

Peyton Lewis

After earning his Bachelor’s and MBA degrees in Business, Peyton began to focus on real estate. He got his real estate license over 14 years ago and has been developing and building various use properties for the past 10 years, as the owner of Lewis Development Co. He has experience with single family residences, new construction, multi-family, remodeling, and investment properties.

Peyton was raised in Georgetown, so he has seen the evolving growth of our community from the beginning. He has extensive knowledge of residential, commercial and investment properties and heads up all of Lewis Properties’ Commercial sales. Whether your needs are new construction, rental properties, or mixed-use development, Peyton has the skills and experience to help you from start to finish. When Peyton isn’t helping his clients buy or sell real estate, you can find him searching for his next investment property, coaching his daughter’s sports teams or spending time outdoors.

Leslie Ostrowidzki

Leslie began her real estate career in 2018 and never looked back. She had the privilege of working alongside Caylee on a high-producing, local team where they realized they shared the same client philosophy and approach to business. Leslie joined Lewis Properties in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge of Williamson and Bell counties.

Leslie was born in Austin and raised in Georgetown. After graduating from Georgetown High School, she attended Baylor University where she received her B.A. in History. Leslie previously served as an educator in the public and private school systems before launching out into real estate. She is mother to three daughters and is involved in her local church & school communities.

Stevie Sienkiel

Stevie is one of the few remaining Georgetown residents that was born and raised right here in Georgetown, TX. Her passion and knowledge of Georgetown and its surrounding areas is years in the making. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Business Management. Always having a passion for athletics, Stevie spent her first years out of college managing gymnastic gyms and then moving on to work for Orangetheory in their Human Resources department.

Stevie discovered her fascination and love for Real Estate after she and her husband purchased their first home in Old Town, Georgetown. In 2023 she decided to get licensed and join Lewis Properties to make her dream of helping her clients buy, sell and lease property a reality. Aside from real estate, Stevie enjoys spending time her with husband and two daughters, trying new restaurants in the area and boating on the lake.

Rachel Mazur

Rachel is an Austin native with a deep appreciation for the people, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make Central Texas so special. She and her husband are raising their two children in Georgetown, where they enjoy spending time as a family, trying new restaurants, and relaxing on a great patio whenever they can.

Rachel’s path into real estate began through building spec homes alongside her husband, where she developed a strong foundation in construction, design, and the overall homebuilding process. She now also owns and operates an interior design business, giving her clients a unique advantage and trained eye when evaluating, preparing, or envisioning a home’s full potential.

Known for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and approachable style, Rachel is committed to providing a seamless and personalized experience. Her combined background in building, design, and real estate allows her to guide clients with confidence, whether they are buying, selling, or building their next home.
